Exchange & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return / exchange. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return / exchange case, you can easily contact us on WhatsApp (0331 8324433). Our team will try the best to work towards a satisfactory solution as soon as possible. Lead time for complain resolution is 24 to 48 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Terms & Conditions.

- Order once placed CANNOT BE CANCELED.
- In case of returns the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Returns are eligible in case of
               - Product is not as described.
               - Product received was damaged.
      *All such issues to be informed within 24 hours once the product is received.
- Returns will be fulfilled once the item is received by us, funds will be deposited in your bank account.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products are non-refundable on the basis of change of mind or did not like the product (such as special orders, create your own products, all type of customized mobile cases, personalized items). We also do not accept return / exchange for products with personalized name, text, number etc. on any product.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and received, we will send the other product as per the correspondence with the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your provided banking details within 2 to 3 weeks. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
