Order confirmation and cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed by Techify. Once an order has been confirmed, processing or production may begin and cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customised orders

Customised orders require 100% advance payment. A customised order can be cancelled only before it is confirmed by Techify. Once confirmed, production may begin and the order cannot be cancelled.

Delivery

Delivery timing varies according to order value and the payment option selected. The expected timing is communicated when your order is confirmed.

Issues with your order

If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please review our Exchange & Refund Policy for eligibility and process details.
