• All-Inclusive Zones (UK, Ireland, Canada, EU Core): We ship to these regions DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we pre-pay all VAT and customs fees on your behalf. You will not receive any surprise bills from the courier.

• Why we charge tax for these zones: To comply with the 2026 EU and UK tax reforms, we collect the mandatory VAT at checkout so your parcel clears customs instantly without stopping.

USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Taiwan, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, South Korea, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar.

• Our Promise: No hidden charges. These countries have high tax-free thresholds. The price you pay at checkout is 100% final.

Zone B: The "All-Inclusive" List (Pre-Paid)

UK, Ireland, Canada, Czechia, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

• How it Works: In 2026, these regions have strict tax laws. To save you the headache, we collect the required VAT and Customs Fees at our checkout.

• Delivery Mode: We ship these orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we pre-pay the border authorities for you. Your parcel will fly through customs and be delivered like a local order. Guaranteed no extra bills at the door.

4. Shipping Costs

• International: Standard Express fee of 5,500/- PKR (~$19).

• Free Global Shipping: On all orders over 15,000/- PKR (~$54).

• Pakistan: 0-249/- PKR (Free over 1,999/-).

5. Tracking & Protection

• Live Tracking: Every order includes a DHL/FedEx tracking link sent via WhatsApp and Email.

• Arrive-Safe Guarantee: If your Reverb or Gloss case is damaged during transit, contact us on WhatsApp (+92 331 8324433) within 24 hours. We will ship a replacement at a minimal cost to you.

6. Important Note on Addresses

For international delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid Phone Number and Postal Code are required to ensure the 24–48 hour delivery speed to the UAE and other express zones.
